What is the returns policy?
At Dluxgymwear we allow returns up to 14 days after receiving the order unless stated elsewhere.
For your return to be accepted your item must be unused and the same condition. You can not return any worn, washed or altered products. Returns will also not be accepted if the swing tag has been removed.
We aim to process all returns within 5-10 working days.
How do I create a return?
If you need to return your order, please contact us via the contact form. In the form please include order number and reason for return. We aim to organise returns within 1-2 working days.
Can I return multiple items in the same parcel?
At this time, we do not accept returns with multiple items in. This is because it slows down the processing and refund system.
When returning please ensure that you put a note in with your order number.
Can I have the refund to any account?
No, refunds can only go back to the original payment method.
My return period has passed, can i still return my order?
Unfortunately if you are passed the 14 day returns policy we would be unable to accept your return and request for refund.
Have you received my return?
We aim to try and process all refunds within 5-10 business days. You should receive an email confirming we are processing your return.

When will I receive my refund?
Your return should be processed and complete within 15 business days and you should receive an email confirming that the refund has been issued.

Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges & replacements?
Due to limited stock, we do not offer any exchanges at dluxgymwear. If you have an unwanted product/item then please return and we can issue a refund.
